1. Data we collect

• Account & order data: name, business name, phone number, email, GSTIN, and billing / shipping addresses.
• Transaction data: your orders, invoices, payment status and order history.
• Messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, the text and any voice notes you send, so we can take and confirm your order.
• Usage data: basic device and site-usage information collected to keep the site working and improve it.

2. How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and provide support.
• To raise GST-compliant tax invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To operate ordering over WhatsApp (including transcribing voice notes to understand your order).
• To prevent fraud and secure our systems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Your card / bank credentials are entered on the gateway and handled under its PCI-DSS-compliant systems — we do not receive or store your full card numbers. We receive only the payment result and a reference needed to reconcile your order.

4. WhatsApp & voice

When you order or ask questions on WhatsApp, your messages are processed to understand and fulfil your request. Voice notes may be transcribed to text by a speech-recognition service for that purpose. Prices and stock we quote come only from our own database.

5. Who we share it with

• Logistics / courier partners, to deliver your order (name, address, phone).
• Our payment gateway, to process payment.
• Tax, legal or government authorities where required by law.

We share the minimum necessary and require partners to protect your data.

6. Retention & security

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil orders and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing (such as marketing messages). 8. Children

The site is intended for businesses and adults; it is not directed at anyone under 18.
