1. Who we are

CellBazaar operates a spec-first B2B supply store for lithium cells, BMS, balancers, welders, nickel strip and related consumables. Our merchant and tax details (GSTIN, registered office) are set out at the foot of this page.

2. Products, specifications & grading

• Every stocked lot is honestly graded — Fresh-A, B-grade or Refurbished — and labelled as such. We never re-wrap or misrepresent a cell.
• Measured lots ship with a per-batch test report (Certificate of Analysis) that you can verify independently at the /verify page using the batch's QR or verify ID.
• Product images and illustrative figures are indicative. The binding specification for any lot is its COA and the datasheet values shown at the point of sale.

3. Pricing & GST

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Unless stated as inclusive, prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate for the product's HSN code and shown at checkout.
• Prices, offers and stock are subject to change without notice. A quote is valid only for the period stated on it.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or stock error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order (and, for bulk or made-to-order supply, when the quoted terms are accepted). We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, serviceability or dangerous-goods transport is not possible to your location, or verification checks fail — and will refund any amount paid for a declined order.

5. Payment

• Online payments (UPI, cards, net-banking) are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. For UPI and similar asynchronous methods, an order is treated as paid only once payment is confirmed to us by the gateway.
• For large B2B orders we accept NEFT / RTGS bank transfer to the account named on the tax invoice.
• Pay-on-Delivery, where offered, is capped and available on qualifying first orders only. Credit accounts (Net-15 / Net-30) are available to approved buyers at our discretion.

6. Dangerous goods & safe use

• Lithium cells are UN3480 / UN3481 dangerous goods. We pack and ship in compliance with applicable transport rules; you are responsible for safe storage, handling, assembly and any onward transport once goods are delivered.
• Cells and components are supplied for assembly by competent persons. You are responsible for the design, protection (BMS/fusing), testing and safety of any pack you build. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from assembly, misuse, over-discharge, incorrect charging or unsafe pack design.

7. Warranty & liability

• We warrant that a supplied lot conforms to the grade and to the measured values recorded on its batch COA at the time of testing. This is your primary quality assurance — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods in that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or downtime).
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Intellectual property

The CellBazaar name, site content, COA format and verify system are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, resell or misrepresent our test reports.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer protection rights, the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
