Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

• We ship across India to locations where dangerous-goods transport is permitted. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability before paying.
• Some remote or restricted pincodes (for example certain island / hill regions) may be unavailable for hazardous-goods carriage.

2. Dangerous-goods compliance

• Cells are packed to applicable dangerous-goods standards, with UN38.3 test summaries and MSDS available on request.
• Consignments generally move by surface transport; air carriage of lithium cells is restricted and may not be available.

3. Dispatch timelines

• In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of a confirmed, paid order.
• Bulk, made-to-order or import-linked supply is dispatched per the timeline stated on your quote.

4. Freight charges

• Freight is calculated by destination zone and consignment weight, and is shown at checkout before payment.
• Dangerous-goods handling surcharges may apply to some lanes and are included in the quoted freight.

5. Tracking & delivery

• Once dispatched, we share the transporter and tracking / AWB reference for your consignment.
• Delivery times are indicative and vary by zone and transporter; remote lanes take longer. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. On delivery — please inspect

Check the outer packaging and quantity at delivery. If a consignment arrives damaged or short, note it with the transporter and report it to us within 48 hourswith photographs and the batch ID — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
